Learning Places Scotland is the annual gathering of Scotland’s learning estate professionals. 

The 2025 event will take place on 18 November at the SEC.

The Learning Places Scotland Conference is CPD accredited and structured with a balanced agenda, allowing attendees to attend engaging sessions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities and have time to explore the exhibitor areas. Learning Places Scotland covers the whole learning estate, from early years through to higher education, focusing on the funding, design, construction and management of learning environments; and tackling current challenges and priorities, including sustainability, ASN provision, outdoor learning, retrofit and digital infrastructure.

 

The event is renowned for attracting senior leaders and decision-makers from across the education sector. These include senior representatives from the Scottish Government and its associated agencies and bodies, such as Scottish Futures Trust, Architecture and Design Scotland, the five Hubs, councils, and leadership teams from schools, colleges and universities.
