In his role as Head of e-Sgoil, Steven seeks to remove barriers faced by young people through the use of digital tools and platforms. Working in collaboration with national partners, Steven is responsible for the strategic direction of e-Sgoil and seeks to provide all learners with equitable access to a broad curricular offer. 

Prior to his appointment as e-Sgoil Head of School in 2022, Steven held the positions of Depute Head Teacher and Principal Teacher of STEM at e-Sgoil. Prior to that he worked as a Teacher of Mathematics at The Nicolson Institute, Stornoway and Millburn Academy, Inverness. During his time as a classroom teacher, Steven developed a bank of digital content, recording a number of tutorial videos under the name mrgrahammaths.
