Sarah is an experienced leader and change manager. Part of window control specialist team Kilpatrick Blane Services for 6 years Sarah has presented CPD's in collaboration with window suppliers NorDan, raised awareness of perinatal mental health at the Engendering STEM conference in Amsterdam and continues to be an advocate for women and minorities in the Scottish Construction industry.
