Neil has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Most of his career has been spent delivering major projects in the education, health and commercial sectors. During the last 5 years he has worked for Kier Construction’s Scottish business in the role of Preconstruction Manager and Passivhaus and Education Lead. In this role, Neil has helped transfer knowledge gained from successful Passivhaus projects in England and helped to demystify Passivhaus within the Scottish Construction sector.
