Mark has worked for IES for more than 15 years and is presently an Associate Director with the company. He specialises in Energy Services, Monitoring Based Commissioning, Data Analytics and Measurement & Verification (M&V). Mark leads a specialist team of engineering consultants whose primary focus is Building Performance Optimisation projects via integration with smart metering and BMS controls data. Mark is a Chartered Engineer CEng MCIBSE, Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) and LEED AP. Mark has been the recipient of various industry awards throughout his career including Consulting Specifying Engineer 40-Under-40 winner (2013) and two CIBSE Building Performance Award wins in 2016 + 2020. Significant projects and clients of Mark’s include Bowmer + Kirkland / Department for Education (DFE) Framework English Schools projects, Scottish Parliament Building and various UK Higher Education University sites.
