Lynn is a Senior Manager within Education at North Ayrshire Council with a responsibility for resources and infrastructure.  She undertakes the role of ‘Intelligent Client’ on all major educational developments.  This has taken her on study visits to Finland to look specifically at early learning and childcare and inclusion.  She is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and that has led to her being involved in several volunteering projects outwith her professional career.
