Lindsay is a Senior Manager within Education at north Ayrshire Council. She has 27 years’ experience in education and was a Primary School Head Teacher for 10 years before joining the Quality Improvement team in North Ayrshire. She is passionate about children benefiting from the very best education possible and the important influence physical environment plays in raising expectations, experiences, attainment and achievement.
