Ewen has been with hub North since its creation in 2011 and is a chartered surveyor with more than 25-years’ experience in construction across all aspects of project delivery in the health, education, social care, blue light, retail and commercial sectors.

He has an MSc in Strategic Management and oversees the operation and delivery of the hub North programme from inception to handover with vision, goals and strategy the key focus at all stages.
