Andy Hall
Andy served for 23 years as a Royal Air Force aircrew officer where, between operational flying appointments in Scotland and oversees, he worked on a number of technical projects and strategic programmes within the Ministry of Defence. On retirement from the RAF in 2011, he established his own consultancy company focused on business information management systems design and implementation which saw him work with numerous clients in the defence, nuclear, oil and gas and aviation sectors in both the UK and overseas. In 2016 he was recruited by a Glasgow-based global medical device company as programme manager responsible for the delivery of site improvement projects, valued at over £50M, that supported manufacturing improvements and the global growth strategy. In Apr 2021, seeking to spend more time with his family in Moray, he accepted the role of Programme Manager for the Moray Learning Estate Strategy. Andy is a MSc graduate of Cranfield University, Member of the Association of Project Management and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Manchester Business School. He enjoys walking his dog, cycling and gardening.
